"Masovian Tuscany" only an hour from Warsaw. Here you can catch your breath during the May Day weekend

A quick, several-hour trip out of town, or maybe a trip for a whole long weekend? "Masovian Tuscany" will work in both cases. Just an hour's drive from Warsaw, there is a beautiful, green land of apple orchards and vineyards, where you can feel almost as good as on holiday in Italy. "Wherever you are there: in the vicinity of Grójec, Warka, Tarczyn or in places like Lesznowola, Zalesie Grójeckie or Belsk Duży - you will find orchards everywhere," recounts singer Natalia Nykiel, who decided to explore these areas by bike.
Warsaw for the May Day weekendMany Warsaw residents are still wondering where to go for this year's long May weekend. While most places in the mountains and by the sea have been sold out, the capital is also tempting with city attractions. In just a few days, the favorite attractions on the Vistula will return - free ferries, as well as historic bus and tram rides. For those who do not want to stay in the city or travel too far during their additional days off, we have a unique offer. "The easiest way is to get on the suburban train or drive somewhere south of Piaseczno, leave the car and hit the road. A great option for a spring break," writes Natalia Nykiel, who recently had the opportunity to go outside Warsaw to a place she called "Masovian Tuscany."
Masovian Tuscany will delight touristsThe areas of Grójec, Warka and Tarczyn south of Warsaw, like the region of Italy beloved by tourists, are famous for their beautiful apple orchards. "Huge areas of orchards where you can get totally lost and disappear for the whole day. I managed to catch the last moment to see the apple trees in bloom, but if you go there during the May Day weekend - some varieties will definitely still be in full bloom," we read on the natnykiel_cycling Instagram profile, dedicated to the singer's cycling passion. Internet users also drew attention to the vineyards that can be found in the area, perfectly fitting into the "Tuscan" atmosphere of the trip.
